BOOKING POLICY

To Make a Reservation

We require credit card details, no charge is made on the card; these details are to hold the room. Payment is due on the morning of your departure. Most major cards are accepted (not American Express or Electron). You can either contact us by telephone, via email or go to our online booking page.

Cancellation Policy

We do not charge for cancellations more than 48 hours in advance of your arrival. We will charge the price of the first night’s stay if you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or in the event of a ‘no-show’.

Check-In/Out

Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm (earlier check in by prior arrangement). Check-out is by 10am midweek and 10.30am Sat/Sun & bank holidays.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room 8am to 9am midweek and 8.30am to 9.30am weekends and bank holidays.

Children

Well behaved children over 5 are very welcome.

Smoking

By law our premises are now completely non-smoking, but we do have a garden area you can use.

Pets

We welcome dogs, free of charge by prior arrangement.
